This book includes input from over a dozen leaders about their experiences. We go into detail of what others learned, as well as what I’ve learned over the past three years or so.

I wrote this book as an opportunity for leaders in every sector, every profession, to take advantage of these experiences, these men and women who have “been there and done that,” and know “what right looks like” and use these experiences to be better, adaptive leaders.
